I like to look for ways I can work my fingers and I don't mean just by typing on a keyboard or using my fingers on a smartphone but by squeezing, I don't mean a stressball either. I mean something with some kind of weight as you squeeze it and not when you lift it.
Imagine how pleased I was when I got a chance to try out these three rings. Unlike the hand exercise things I've seen in the past, these are different and I can literally toss one in my bag. It's a lovely set of three different rings one in 30 pounds, that one is green, one in 40 pounds, that's orange and a lovely blue one that is 50 pounds and they me the hardest to deal with.
I have been using the 30 pound one and it's easy enough for me to dteal with. It's not sumper soft like a stress ball, it quickly goes back to this normal shape and doesn't really come out of it unless i'm squeezing it and then goes back just as quickly.
I really like it as I fell two weeks ago and did something to my left hand ring finger, it's still swollen but I can exercise using it, which I'm kind of hoping will help with the swelling over time.
My only problem with it is what the covers are made from, rubber. While it's great to grip while using it, I find it can somewhat burn. I'm not sure what the effect of it will have on my skin over time.
I can see these being great for someone who types a lot, as even as I am typing this out, I stop for a few seconds to use it on my hands. Thankfully they aren't crampng up.
